“ ….Shall not be infringed”
Words mean things. These words were written so that the free people of the Republic of the United States could never be disarmed.
But through nearly a century of compromise, the right to even own semi-automatic firearms is now at risk.
It is time we stop playing defense and go on offense and demand the immediate repeal of every single Federal Anti-Gun Law.
Period.
The purpose of the 2nd Amendment was not so we could hunt. It was to prevent the entrenchment of a tyrannical government. So that the people could own the weapons such as those the government could use against them.
Our Founding Fathers had not just returned from a successful deer hunt. They had just defeated the most powerful army on Earth, to create a new experiment in liberty.
When the 2nd Amendment was adopted, civilians owned warships studded with cannons that could kill and maim hundreds in mere seconds. Up until 1934, Americans could purchase fully automatic machine guns through the mail!
But decades of compromising and selling out has led us to the sorry situation we face today.
Just yesterday, the Liar in Chief, Joe Biden, said that the 2nd Amendment never intended for the People to own Cannons and Machine Guns.
Yes, it did. And now it is time to stop playing defense and fight to Legalize this 2nd Amendment as intended.

Whereas, The 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution states “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed,” and;
Whereas, the Founding Fathers stated that the Militia is made up of the entirety of the people, and;
Whereas, every single Federal, State and Local Anti-Gun law is unconstitutional, and;
Whereas, the Father of the Constitution, James Madison, wrote in the Federalist No. 46 that the intent of the 2nd Amendment addressed the needs for the citizens to protect themselves from an all-powerful government, and;
Whereas, prior to 1934 all Americans could buy fully automatic machine guns through the mail with no background check, and;
Whereas, when the 2nd Amendment was adopted, civilians owned warships armed with cannons, therefore;
We the Citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia demand our elected Federal and State Representatives work to repeal every single Federal and State Anti-Gun Law, including the 1934 Federal Firearms Act and the 1968 Federal Gun Control Act, and;
We the People of Virginia will hold accountable, in the next election cycle, any and all elected officials who refuse to legalize the original intent of the 2nd Amendment.
